Have a quick question about returns, refunds, or replacements? This FAQ covers the most common situations in plain English.

  • Because all Crush Culture items are made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check sizing charts and product details before ordering.

  • We’ve got you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

  • We don’t offer direct exchanges. If there’s a verified issue with your item, we’ll send a replacement. Otherwise, a new order would be required.

  • Let us know within 30 days of delivery and we’ll fix it as quickly as possible.

  • If your order appears lost or stuck in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.

  • No. Sale, clearance, gift cards, and final-sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank but usually take 5–10 business days.

  • If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover it. Otherwise, returns are not accepted.
