Most Crush Culture products are made to order. That means we produce items specifically for you after purchase.

Product availability, colors, sizing, and placement may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to production methods and display differences. We do our best to represent everything accurately, but perfection isn’t always possible.

We may update, discontinue, or limit products at any time without notice.

Pricing and Checkout

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise.

Prices, promotions, and product availability can change at any time. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You understand the item is made to order

Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by third-party production and shipping partners.

Production times and shipping estimates are provided as guidance, not guarantees. Once an order is in production or shipped, timing is outside our control.

Crush Culture is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control.

Returns, Exchanges, and Issues

Because most items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

That said, if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within the timeframe listed in our Return Policy, and include photos if requested.

Approved replacements or refunds are handled in line with that policy.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if production has not yet started. Once an order is in production or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including designs, logos, artwork, photos, and copy, belongs to Crush Culture or its licensors.

Please don’t copy, reuse, sell, or redistribute our content without written permission. Not cool. Also not allowed.

Accounts and Responsibility
