Fulfillment

All Crush Culture products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner.

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. During high-volume periods, production timelines may extend slightly.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Timelines

Shipping times begin after production is complete.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: 3–6 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or external factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and reflect your order’s size, destination, and selected shipping method.

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on fulfillment location.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is sent once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Crush Culture is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or unclaimed deliveries, may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Please include your order number and any supporting photos so we can assist promptly.
